SMCI to $300?
SMCI delays their 10-K filing for FY2024.The company said that additional time is needed 'to complete the assessment of its internal controls over financial reporting.'
Delaying the filing, especially right after Hindenburg’s accusations, raises serious red flags.
A $300 target seems like a genuine downside.
