PHA has given a breakout after a bullish divergence appeared on RSI, since then it has started printing higher highs and higher lows. Currently it is printing a new higher low, which is around 0.5 of the fib retracement level, and is also the entry point for this setup. It would soon break the previous higher high and continue the upward momentum. Targets are mentioned on the chart.
