NST has broken 2 month down trend

NST. Been following this one for a few weeks. Price broke a 2 month downtrend in mid march with a huge volume spike. Break out came back and retested volume shelf. Price action now confirming bullish move with 3 white soldiers. Multiple price levels could act as targets from here. Long term upper target is around 13.72. In the near term a price needs to get past 10.90 and the higher volume levels around 12.50-12.90.
