Nifty - Expiry Week ending 29th Dec
Nifty has broken bearish channel and became even more bearish. It is approaching long term resistance that was broken on Oct month end. People will shout bloodbath and what not, but never lose your cool and stick to what you analyse or what you can clearly see. If you are not sure, simply let the market form some price action. And the present situation is similar. As marked on the chart, we can get an opportunity for a bullish trade in the last expiry of this year. If the support gets broken, Nifty can give a free fall, but I won't take any bearish trade, not this week. I will prefer to wait for a week to confirm the bearish trend has been established and will take a SL of 20 points on my long trade. Thank you!
