NIFTY has closed in a complete bearish sentiment on Friday. It opened with a huge gap down below our sell level and hit all our sell targets. The weekly candle is a complete bearish candle. Chances of of a big gap down on Monday is expected. Important support in downside is 16000 and 15800. Weekly support lies near 15670-15700. Below weekly support we will plan our positional trade.
Coming to Monday's trade setup, incase it opens flat and a 15 Min candle closes above 16235, we will long for the target of 16300 and 16350.
In case we see a flat to a mild gap down then below 16170 we will short for the target of 16065 and 16000. 16000 is a hourly support zone, book max here.
In case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
