• Strong reversal pattern: last high came on news of stock split (investor bait, no fundamental value), then hit by heavy sell-off on Icahn exit. Broke down short-term trend channel.
  
• Heavy negative divergence in MACD and RSI, latter gave strong sell signal (exiting overbought zone)
  
• Might fill major gap made in April, reaching first major support at USD 480.
