NEO starting to break out

I was charting this two days ago and did not follow my own advice, but here we go. We are either on our 3rd wave up before the final 5th wave, or this could be the 5th wave entirely. The pump we are having now is based on news so we will see if it hold. Buy the dips over the next few days for some quick profit. Safer move is to see if we retrace, I see next big move around 12/24.
