NEO outperformed a lot from when President Xi's announcement has been published!
What to expect from the chart technically?
- Tested Major Resistance line and sitting at correction stage.
- I believe we are in A stage of A/B/C correction.
- Where's support? Probably the white dot line we will test as a support.
Be prepared for Q4 of 2019.
