Price Pattern on NEO/BTC

In recent weeks, price pattern shows possible inverse head and shoulders pattern; two left shoulders, head, and one right shoulder (usually you would see two right shoulders); I see volume increasing on the rallies after the lows for the troughs on the left shoulder and head (volume for the trough at the head was lower than volume on either left shoulder); Is this a possible inverse head and shoulders suggesting market reversal?
