NASDAQ gave a multiyear breakout

Nasdaq which is a USmarket Indice has given a breakout on monthly charts with a cup and handle pattern, even price action is seeming good. Also we will be witnessing US election in this year. This upmove can directly affect our indian IT sector.
Nota
The US markets have rallied almost 10% from the mentioned key levels in the chart above. Some positive news from FED may boost the markets more and we may see 20000 levels in 2-3 months. The US presidental elections will play key role in markets.
