Link Head and Shoulder on 4 hr Chart (Price target 13-14)

Hello, guys, link has formed head and shoulder on 4 hr chart. The potential target is 13-14. As you can see, it has broken down the neckline, the price is trading below the neckline right now. I remain bearish as long as it does not go back above the neckline. There is also a support at around 13.50. If the support is not strong enough. Price can go even further down.
