INTC bounce and gap approach
With IV slowing down, INTC is a decent buy since the semiconductor world is starting to receive stimulus from markets around the globe. INTC chairman also gave a statement how the virus has yet to affect the company in terms of dollar performance. As far as technicals go, MACD is becoming concave and will intersect with positive momentum in the next day or two, RSI is just above oversold, and the distance from the 13 day EMA has decreased.
