The price had lower lows 3 times, however, we had 3 higher lows on the RSI side, and this is one of the signs of reversal pattern
I strongly expect a reversal pattern and the trend to be bullish but really strong one :) since we also have a triangle pattern within :)
Best time to open a position would be just after a correction, and corrections in cases like this one here generally happens just after a breakouts
