Buy orders on ICX

It's a shame I did not have my buy orders set up already as it would have already filled. Looking for the same target to buy in which coincides with the 0,236 retracement line from the bottom. The market reacted well to BTC crossing the bear channel, however volume is not there to push btc higher.
