ICN want to break.
Like we can see ICN is in a falling wedge and now that BTC is still quiet for some days it is ready to go out of it.
RSI and MACD on the 4H chart looks good.
And it just crosses the EMA50 that now acts as support making it probably bounce from her.
We just need to wait the breakout of the wedge.
For the risky people they can enter in 14250-14300
For the people who want to see first the breakout 14500-14600
1 Target: 15400
2 Target: 15700
3 Target: 16500
4 Target: 16900
