The fundamentals have shown before how the interest rates affected GBP when it rose quickly from 0.5% to 0.25% (04/08/16). Whereas the recent patterns may have given an advantage that that there may be a potential cypher pattern with the help of fib retracements. The cypher pattern is showing a bearish down trend that may occur in the future, however, in the pairs current stage the trend may rise from point C to D and after the trend will drop down to support levels.
