GBPAUD Testing Neckline

UK has been hit hard by a stream of poor data and this is set to continue. Plus, Europe has been struggling with growth so the interest rate differentials will move towards Aus going forward.
On the other hand, antipodeans had a rough time lately but fundamentals are starting to look good, especially for Australia. If we get more stimulus from China, Aussie will benefit largely.
Break of the neckline here and we have free room to get around 1.80-1.79.
