there's a bullish anti new cypher pattern (and an "A butterfly" and a "Cypher" pattern) that is completed. I expect a bullish move from here. if the pair can't break the first target to reach the 2nd target, then it means the bearish move is too strong and not over yet.

Nota
reached the first target then reversed so as I mentioned it means the bearish move is strong and as you can see it continued its down-trend movement.
