On the 4-hour chart, EURUSD has formed a head and shoulders top pattern. In the short term, pay attention to the resistance near the neckline of 1.0870. If the rebound is blocked at this position, consider shorting. The downward target is 1.0800. If it falls below, the lower target is around 1.0740.
