EURJPY Short

If we look at the EURJPY pair, we can see they have bounced off the top of the channel they have been in for some time. If the pair break below the medium term trend line, we should see a move to the bottom of the channel. The move higher does not seem to be supported by the MACD & AO which shows bearish divergence. There is a similar move also setting up on the USDJPY pair.
