it is forming a green candle on the level , but wait for a buy order confirmation before jumping into it. it has created a higher high and will probably create a higher low relative to the previous swing. wait for the buy confirmation because right now it is still in a sell region.
level = there are horizontals lines or trendlines which can either act a support or resistance i.e that is why i make my levels black to signify neutrality because a support=resistance and vice versa
