EURCAD is Bullish

Price was in a strong downtrend, but now the bears have woken up and seems like that they have won back the control of the price action. First higher high is printed which according to Dow theory is the first sign of bullish reversal. If this higher high is broken we can expect a bullish rally. Targets are mentioned on the chart.
