Ethereum potentially can break 1700 level

Hi guys, let's review the current situation on Ethereum.

Ethereum didn't manage to go down and break 1550 support level. Now I expect that ETH price will rise up to 1760 resistance level. It's a bit early to say that since Ethereum didn't break 1640-1685 resistnce area but if we look at dynamic of the price it seems that it's just a matter of time. Also, it's important for ETH that Bitcoin on the rise at the moment and if it's manages to reach 28k then we definitely will see Ethereum at 1760 or even higher. At the moment it's important for ETH to break 1700 price level and from the road to 1760 will be open.

Nota

There have been roller coaster on Ethereum. ETH price pumped up to 1750 and after that dumped up to 1640 on the following day. In this idea I described that Ethereum can reach 1760 price level and it almost did but I didn't expect that it will lose everything it's gained so fast.
Despite recent dump I still expect that Ethereum price will recover and stay above 1700 price level for awhile.

Nota

It seems that Ethereum isn't ready for any rise and basically waiting when Bitcoin will drop. I expected that ETH will manage to stay above 1700 but it didn't happen.
On the contrary, Ethereum is trading under 1640-1680 resistance area and rather will reach 1500 price than 1700.
