ETH trying to build a base

ETH has shown a clear lack of positive impulse during the past few months. In this slightly up trend, we favored more upside action in the medium term. Short term, question is about the recent 146.50 low and its capability to provide a floor for a new leg up. A clean break above 16300 with a break of the purple bear channel would both be green flashes. Technical gives a BUY signal , with momentum hovering around the neutral zone.
