Nota

It broke down through its support level 0.0231 btc as soon as BTC fell through 11000 usd. Two possiblities 1) Stop hunting 2) Bearish.

I came out of my binance comfort zone to look at a broader perspective. Binance only has ETHBTC market from August 2017. What about the support levels before that. I did technical analysis on Poloniex chart of ETHBTC to see where the smart money and institutional investors want to get in. I came to the conclusion that ETH has bottomed out. It is currently in its strongest support zone. I use wave trend oscillator for long trades. It is bullish. I entered the trade already at 0.0232 BTC. It would be wise to enter this long term trade early than trying to catch the best position(like 0.02 BTC), as you may miss the move trying to catch it.
