Bullish RSI divergence seems to be playing out on 1H time frame, as the price has printed a higher high and broken previous lower high indicating that bulls are trying to win control of the price action. Price is currently printing a higher low, if it manages to break newly printed higher high, the price would move up quickly, as per Dow theory. Targets are mentioned on the chart.
