EMC2BTC - new bull run?

EMC2 had a crazy run in December and today they came out with an announcement about their partnership with Voxels, it will allow people purchasing their tokens with a mobile phone through the voice wallet (huge advantage for the developing countries with a lack of access to the internet).
On the chart we see an accumulation and a volume spike, I would wait until the opportunity to buy-in.
EMA 13 and 48 are not crossing yet, and some may choose to wait for that indicator.
We are in oversold territory - positive sign.
