Shoulde we buy Elrond?

On the H4 there is a buy divergence. If the price closes above the selected area (yelow one - above 316 - price), then there a very good oportunity for the Elrond to go UP! If not… we are on an descendent trend, we are expected that the trend will continue to go down till we will see other signs wich will give us a new oportunity to make a new analyze!
