Potential Inverse Head & Shoulder reversal (DXY)
Ah yes, The DXY - the only chart that matters right now imo.....
The repercussions of a strong dollar for all other assets are well known.
So lets take a look...
As you can see, we have a potential inverse H&S reversal pattern playing out, the right shoulder is almost complete, a break of the neckline could provide us with a move up toward the areas as marked.
Fundamentally, what could give case for a stronger dollar? a lower then expecting stimulus plan perhaps?
hmmmm.....
