DOT/USDT technical analysis

In the last 8 weeks DOT gained more than 7x's, what a crazy rally! At the moment, looking on the chart, we see a nice bulish penant flag. Also we can notice a strong support maintained above 21 EMA since end of december. It's a high probability that it's going to breakout, and if so my target is set to 60 usdt. If it breaks down, then first area to be tested it's around 30.
