DNT descending triangle

I had a buddy last week mention DNT forming a descending triangle with bearish divergence, and it looks like this may be what he is talking about. I think this looks like it could be very bullish, as that reversal looks like a bit of consolidation before we fly again... are we looking for more volume before the latter is the case or is this clearly bearish? It does seem to be resting around .30, so also thinking this could trend up to the .50 mark sometime in the near future. What do you see on your chart? Always doing more research trying to lock these patterns and trends in. Cheers and as always, thanks for the input!!
