DAX finally got a knee-jerk?
The yellow circle is a nightmare for every trader, lots of energy has been accumulated there but the crash occurred. Considering the red circle as a bear trap and as bulls strength demonstration, we are coming to the same point and this time the chances to break up are much higher. So I am preparing to go long DAX, with SL somewhere in the middle of the channel. Looking for some turbulence near the channel resistance but it should not be serious since everybody has been fooled.
