Watchout for cup and handle breakout in COCHINSHIP
The stock is making a cup and handle pattern on the weekly time frame. It has also reported good quarterly results associated by good volumes lately.
3 weeks back it tried to give a breakout but failed to give a strong weekly closing.
One can enter this stock for intraday above 700 level for 1-2% gains. For swing we need a weekly closing above 700 or daily closing above 717. Positional targets would be 750, 790, 850, 900 and 960. I have used fibo extensions to get some of these levels.
Final level is calculated based on depth of the handle.
