--> Stock is trading at 12 times PE, 1.99 times PB, Earnings Yield @ 11.5%
--> D/E - reduced to 0.30 during FY, EPS increased QOQ N YOY
--> Approved Buyback of 3.74% of total paid up shares at Rs.450
--> Promoters Holding at 60% of overall shares, 25.25% of which is pledged
