21AUG23 BTCUSDT Neutral conditions have switched to bearish

1.Referring to the analysis dated 7th August 2023, my bias was neutral. However, my bias has now shifted from neutral to bearish. The reasons are that the current rising trend is still trapped in a major downtrend. It is less likely that the price is experiencing a V-bottom reversal unless the major downtrend exhibits some kind of parabolic behavior. In this case, the major downtrend is quite steady and healthy.

2.The key level to watch is 26103. I anticipate that the price will continue to consolidate at this level, and I will then be looking for a short setup.

3.My bias was reset when the price hit 40573.
