in my opinion, the whales tends to create confusion in market so they can always play safe.
The moment everyone was bearish on crypto, it goes opposite direction, so they can accumulate enough to liquidate in next dump
we will have a short pullback and move towards the strong resistance again, will have to take the whole month for this be completed
