Dual Ceiling and Supports

It's fun to watch the patterns of a volatility shift through a technical analysis. Here are two trend-lines shown as separate overlays that create a dual set of overlapping buy/sell points as late and proven trend ceilings and supports interact.

When major shifts in the trend lines occur as new users and investors enter the market, it may cause a new trajectory, which may hold true for a while. However, if a price drop breaks through that support one may watch for a proven support to slow or stop a price drop, especially when volatility is caused by fear and hope across headlines day by day. This can indicate a re-entry point if you have a cash position to leverage.
