UPTOBER, time to max long BTC

Hello, I think there is a very good long opportunity on BTC around 197xx.

Fundamentaly wise :
DXY , the dollar strenght index is topping right now with the european currencies imploding ( ie Pound losing 10% value in a day) which is a good temporary bottom signal. As good as 3AC liquidation, but a whole country lol.
I called 0.95$ EUR/USD bottom, check on my twitter for further explanations, dont have much time.

Technicaly wise :
My context indicator is giving a very rare daily reversal signal (its the third time it happens in BTC history, happened during 2019 3k to 12k run and in 2015 at 280$ to 20k run.
Its the same fractal as 30k earlier this year where we got back to 47k .
Accumulation and break of accumulation structure.
