BTC best time to buy

i was waiting this level since a while , it's the perfect entry point to buy , the price may go down a bit, but it wont get under 12k .
the best entry point is between 12K and 13K .
the target is 26K to 30K.
the stop loss should be between 11K / and 11.5K.
