Tools used : Fib Retracement : to figure out some resistance points and maybe some high points (look left market leaves clues) RSI : to determine where is the price trend is (you can see that the rsi works with the price chart ,when rsi makes a low the price makes a low)
and to determine where the divergence is, the light blue lines on the rsi.
The two light blue lines on the graph who maybe few observed when you saw this ideea , are 2 points of divergence ( if you don't know what that is look it up ) its the trend (rsi) who diverge from the price chart (when the price made a new high on the 12/12 /2017 the rsi actually didn't signal another high , but a

Oh and you may encounter heavy resistance on the 0.5 line on the fib retracement tool even tho that 0.5 line isn't a fib retracement number, and this tool is made by programmers , not for traders , so : that's the price 13.000 + - btc/usd
