BTC: Dips are for buying?

Bitcoin prices are on track toward the 86k target we mentioned a couple of days ago, following the triggering of a double-top pattern. Of course, we should not rule out volatility in the short term, and the critical level to watch now is 66,575. Above that level, traders are likely to buy on dips. What's your take on Bitcoin?
