9K region Bounce?

11,000 did not hold so i am looking at two key levels which we can bounce from.10,600-10,800 is a local support and has been tested before so it will likely not hold. If we bounce at 9.7k that's a long as we will form a double bottom , but 78.6 FIB is around the 9k region so i think we will see the 9.1-9.3k region as both the supports have been previously tested and are looking weak. BUY THE DIP.
