What we have:
- The rise from 2019 to 2021 was Wave 1.
- Wave 2 is an expanded flat.
What we don't have:
- Wave 3 = either 1.62 x length of wave 1
or
2.62 x length of wave 1
or
4.25 x length of wave 1
