If you pay attention to the chart, you can see a clear downtrend trend line on the daily chart.
On the technical side: the bulls are starting to push the trend line at $19.650, the plan is quite simple - the breakdown of the countertrend and fixing above will give a push higher into the range of $20.700, I think this zone needs to be tested to remove liquidity and after that we will again see a reversal towards $19.500
