BANKNIFTY has closed on a negative note with 0.5% cut. Last day we planned to buy above 34900 and sell below 34755. Both triggered and both gave good profits. Buy side we got a move -34900-35000 and sell side gave- 34755-34560.
Coming to tomorrow's trade setup, if index opens flat and a 5 Min candle closes below 34550, we will short for the target of 34400 and 34300. 34275-34300 can act as a support zone. In case it is broke after a bounce we will hit 34100.
For buying we need 5 min candle closes above 34775. Target will be 34900 and 35000. Above 35030 after a pullback we will head towards 34200.
In case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
