BANKNIFTY has made an inside candle/bullish engulfing in weekly TF. Index is ready for a bounce above 33800. Targets will be 34200 34500 and above. Price structure is like inverse head & shoulder in hourly charts. Its target can be near 35200(extreme case).
Coming to Monday's trade setup, if index opens flat and 15 Min candle closes above 33780. We will long for the target of 33900, 34000 and 34175.
For selling we need a 15 Min candle closes below 33450. Targets in that case will be 33270 and 33100.
In case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
Also do track NIFTY movement along with BANKNIFTY.
