AUDUSD - POSSIBLE BUY - COT REPORT - SEASONAL DATA
AUDUSD looks like it has finished its short term correction from its recent bullish rally. Now we are looking for a push to the upside. At the moment the pair is currently trading under our resistance level. We must wait for this resistance level to be broken before looking for an entry to the upside.
COT Report is showing AUD adding on more long orders while USD is still overall long but over the last two weeks, they have been closing long orders and gradually adding shorts.
We favor last week's COT Report as it works well with our seasonal data. It is common in the month of October for the AUD to rally while the USD goes on a steady decline.
