Looks like COSMOS could break up. The breakout would mean a chance for run to 31. SL is last local low. Target is height of the triangle projected from midpoint of the local range (BUY STOP-LIMIT - SL). Actually TP is bit lower, as 31 is round number. Invalidated when SL level hit (even if BUY STOP-LIMIT not filled before). RRR 8.3.
