It seems that a triangle has formed. If there is a breakout upwards, I would place a $2 TP

Volume is decreasing. USUALLY (NOT ALWAYS) volume tend to decrease at breakout.

As predicted it broke out a few days ago. However, I was not able to get in at breaking out (crying!!!!!)
