Uses a combination of moving averages to establish trends, and finite-difference derivative approximations to predict possible reversals. Seems to work best on 1 hour charts of less volatile currency pairs.
It indicates the previous week high and low.
When overlaid on the daily chart, it give buy and sell signals (in the understanding you have made a trade setup). Buy when the price crosses the previous week high, sell when it crosses the previous week low.
This is meant to be a partner indicator to "Linear Regression - Auto Adjust To Ideal Pearson's R (Min & Max)" which can be found under my profile on the scripts I have made.
It's important the the ideal Pearsons R + and - ideal ranges are the same as the other script so you can visualize the results better and what is going on. I set them to default to 0.85...
It is a trend detector indicator, using 3 moving averages.
You can select different MA's and set the periods of them. If all 3 is increasing, the color will be green, if decreasing, the color will be red, gray otherwise.
It can be used for e.g. scalping.

Many trading systems are more stable if you use simple and not so innovative indicators, like exponential moving averages and Relative Strengthe index.
